Post Apocalyptic Base | The Sims 4 Speed Build

There's a fantastic zombie mod from sacrificial mods that I used last month when I did a Zombie Apocalypse save, I deleted all homes on every island, and all other sims. And placed in alot of abandoned and trashed houses from the gallery aswell as the walking dead prison, hilltop, and some other walking dead buildings people had put on the gallery, and used TWD sims people had made also. When you activate the mod you can put on a gas mask to protect yourself as to start, you call in a bomb that activates the zombies, but without the mask you will turn also lol. Learned that the hard way! The Zombies start spawning in everywhere in your neighbourhood, its awesome. You get to choose your survival team members and choose your settings for if you want to equip weapons, auto shoot on site, auto collect items etc. So much fun!
I might record some gameplay from my save and add it to my channel sometime tbh

The way I was so shocked that the shell of the base was done after five minutes- I was like 'You did not spend like god knows how many hours on the exterior' when it takes me like seven hours to just build a shell-

I love how it's fortified, sustainable, and also arranged with whatever they have found to make the best of a home they could without waste

I'm kind of imagining that some of the people who live there dragged all their belongings that they could save into this house, and thats why its so cluttered. Like, they had to flee their homes and they tried to carry what they can, maybe they just grabbed whatever they could reach in a desperate attempt to not lose their entire belongings. Nothing rational, just in a panic.

If anyone has trouble with their sims putting bowls and cups and the like on tables and shelves where you have moved items manually, you can get rid of the entire problem by resizing things like the pile of letters and placing them everywhere they snap to, and the resized item is too small to see under your manually placed items. Your sims will no longer place dishes and other objects on the spot, and you don't have to spend heaps of time searching for the rubbish they insist makes the entire room disgusting.

Still at the beginning of the video but I just wanted to say I'm exactly the same with scary movies! Can't really handle them at all except I still want to watch zombie/post apocalyptic stuff. 28 days later, last of us, zombieland etc haha even loved playing nazi zombies on call of duty as a teen.

The Sims 4 should do a pack with The Last of Us (or The Walking Dead) like they did in 2 and 3 with PlantsvZombies, Katy Perry, and even in 4 with Star Wars. The Last of Us could be difficult because it is a bit more “violent” but regardless they could make a aspiration out of it along with specific traits if you wanna be a zombie v survivor or if they wanna make a world out of it they could make it a vacation world where only those lots have a specific trait where they zombies would appear but make the lots editable unlike Star Wars.
