Game changing course!

You might have gone a bit fast on a few passages (had to watch twice when you orchestrated the doubles differently, since you still call them doubles but play them as singles).
But yeah, these are a must have for flow.

I also look at them like going in and out of down and upbeats. If you just do 4s, you're on the downbeats. Slip a 2 in there, you're now on the upbeats. Another 2 will bring you back to downbeats, etc.

EDIT: forgot to mention it's a great video :) Super efficient summary of this whole essential pattern.
