Iim fast in Cross, OLL, and PLL moves but I'm slow at F2L move, any tips so I can get faster in F2L move?

This person use word muscle memory more than my biology tutor in nerve and coordination chapter

to me pll is incredibly fast, and its because i use a way to reduce probability of needing to solve complex pll stages, mostly cube is solved, or i just need to orient edges

my cross takes about 5 seconds f2l takes about 10 seconds and oll and pll takes about 12 seconds..

what is this...? i thought he teach us how to solve it.... and more that... his finger is too fast....😩

I watch your tutorial a month and my average now is 35 sec

If you guys are:
averaging about 33
really bad at f2l
know some olls
know full pll
Then just turn slower during f2l

Am I the only person who uses cfjop

My cross is fast (3 sec)
But others take a total of around 35 sec
Cross 3 sec
F2l 20 sec
Oll +
pll =15 sec

How to get sub 10

2 months into cubing average high 40s with 2 look oll and 2 look pll i swear if you dont believe me

my cross and f2l takes 35 secs (on avarage) and takes 15 secs on the oll and pll

How tf do you all get sub 30 i can bareley do all the steps to oll in 30 secs and pll rcognition+ excecution take also at least 10 secs for me

I learned oll/pll for 3 months. for half a year I reached confident sub 30. over the next six months i have record 20 sec. and Ao200 27-28. and no more progress (( very slow cross and semi-intuitive F2L. and it doesn't speed up. I understand that I will have to learn F2L completely by by heart, just like all OLLs.
