Macbook Pro STUCK On Windows 10 [SOLVED] Read Bio

I have a Apple Macbook Pro (13" Mid-2012). I installed Windows 10 to use certain applications on it. Then I found out it has issues using Windows 10 on Mac. I can't connect multiple screens and it doesn't read my speaker. So I want to go back to Mac OS but I don't know how. I've tried everything I could find in the internet but nothing. I just hope you guys could help me, I would gladly appreciate it. Thank you!

"my God i just had the same problem today. Here's what u gotta do. restart then hold command option and r. This will bring up a picture of a 🌎 then put the wifi and stuff, right now the latest update is big sur. Reinstalling is one of the options. But this process is long and worth it."
