Do you know if there's a way to export the data base that allows to use accents in spanish, i.e. "ó" "é", etc.?

Do you know if you can use variables with multipage PDFs on Illustrator?

At the moment I can only get variables to import single-page PDFs, it will not work with multipage ones? It just comes back with errors and does not import the file.
