His size due to his dedication in the gym, his diet … & you didn’t mention the various types of steroids, growth hormones, etc. that unhealthily packs on far more ‘useless’ water filled muscle than anyone naturally can put on the human body. I got near Columbo’s strength, though never bodybuilder huge at 180 to 190 lbs without steroids. It’s amazing what you can achieve honestly healthily with dedication & knowledge. This artificial mass nonsense needs to stop. Too many ruin their health or die from this now. Live long & prosper, train smart & natural.
