Why 99% of SUPPORTS NEVER RANK UP - Farming Patterns for Pos 4 / 5 - Dota 2 Guide

This is my main problem as 4/5. But its hard to break the bad habit. I feel like i dont now where to go as a support. 12 years playing dota and in about to quit because i cant get better. I cant farm efficiently as support. 💔

I dont have to watch this video.. Many games I outfarm my carry just by killing enemies and defending towers when needed. Most carry players are shit. Give me a carry with same skill lvl as me and ill rank up. I always got shit team. A mid TA, offlane OD etc. Unless I use a support who can transition into carry I almost always lost a match.

Dude, full support in this game is bane, why do you show us 3 pos and pretend he is a 5?

Me, putting wards on our our jungle so core can farm safely. But carry decided to farm on unwarded areas, gets ganked and then blame the supports. Great.

Worth nothing making assumptions with pro teams, they coop and act as single mind, training together for hours.

Support farming at right time is good. Stealing camps a bit doesn’t change so much tho it’s not a good thing. The thing is that I saw a pos5 nature prophet stealing all the camps I stacked and killed creep waves with ult then blame carry for slow farming. What he needs to do is to steal enemy camps and block them. The game was so painful

I was stuck at Archon - Legend rank a year and a half ago playing as pos 1, 2 and 3. Tried playing pos 4 and 5 now im Divine II. People should try different roles!

What the hell am I supposed to do if my mid loses the lane. The mid obviously lost the lane hard because he's simply a bad player, no matter how hard you try to help him recover, he's still going to play bad.

What the hell are you gonna do if your pos3 plays like a greedy coward. Well, of course I can play suicidal as hell to make space, but the pos 3 obviously doesn't understand his role and is likely a bad player. No matter how much space you make for a bad player, he will still play bad.

What are you going to do if your pos 1 fails late game because he is a retard? How am I supposed to not blame these kind of players, it's 100% their fault.

I have been climbing consistently with a 55% win rate but it could have been so much higher without noob ass cores. Of course there are games where I play like crap but seriously, of the 45% losses 70% are because of noob cores.

I love speed but his support farm video's annoy me ... he's 100% right the thing is I'm teach a group of like 8 heralds all very new to the game to play and the supports never push objectives cus "speed said they should farm" and I'm like those videos are not for you but yea lol what you gonna do

I increased my rank from herald 5 to legend with support

I always play pos 4/5 with Earthshaker and ogre and jakiro. ...
And tried of supporting noob cores coz of legend rank

Another trick I’ve discovered. The game rewards you with exp when you perform “support” activities except warding.

So, you got those heals, use em. You able to remove a debuff from your core, just do it.

I’d you bring lots of mana, spend lots of time using support spells on your core, you will get lvl 6 at about the same time as a core without getting the cs.

You won’t be “strong” cause you don’t have the gold for items, but you will always hit the timing in this way.

Maybe this is more of a herald issue, but it’s def the carries fault if they can’t last hit….

You know what. We Stack, give salves, Pull Creeps, Give Wards, Roam. Give all to make core good farm at early and then Carry go 1 vs 5 because has the advantage and Throws the Game. And they blamed support for being passive. Hahaha

Biggest problem as Carry playing with randoms is the fact they start accusing the Carry of not joining their stupid fight they just lost. While the Carry were on the other side of the map grinding furiously so make sure late game is won.

Ofc the stupid fight happened far from towers and no way of TPing in fast. Or it was doomed from the start and the Carry understands it just means another death jumping in to the crap fight.

People that don't play Carries must learn how it works. This is the #1 problem for random chimps.
