An out of the way solution. Using a / before an emoticon stops the emoticon from converting into a emoji.

Alright so I’ve been trying to do this for almost a decade and it’s been telling that I need to download discord when I already have the app. And if I do that, I’ll have to redownload it again, then it’ll tell me “There’s something wrong with a billing purchase” When there’s nothing wrong with my credit card, and then more bullshit to deal with. -_-

I couldnt get mine to save across the platforms! Mobile has a setting for syncing settings to mobile, but not browser or PC. Am I missing something or can you find a way around this?

I tried this on chrome, I saw people saying it didn’t work but it did for me. I typed in discord log in, than pressed maybe the 3rd link? It worked fine for me. Hope this helps someone.
