Does anybody have the step-by-step instructions to the puff pastry salmon? Because the RAW STOVETOP chicken recipe said to cook RAW chicken on high for "5 minutes..." and that didn't sound right at all lol sounded like death/ sickness. And I'm slick worried about that because I'm kind of new to cooking I experiment every once and a while

butter- 500 for 15 mins, turn off heat and leave in for an hour.
it was amazing
