see i'm currently building noelle, i cannot stress how the first thing i thought of wasn't the current builds but the oldest video i could find in the shortest time frame and then work my way to present times(this last part is a lie, i'll probably just watch this and that'll be what i build)

Wait, Im confused about the Retracing bolide set, is whoever the active character who is protected by the shield also gain the atk boost or is the character who is running the 4 piece bolide set be the only one who gets the damage bonus?

I use noelle as my main dps

Noelle was already great at level one. I easily killed level 5's but when i maxed her first to level 20. And tried to fight a level 30 boss... I stayed for long because of her healing abilities. I tried doing it without her but id get finished wayy more quicker. I would really like to put her in my main team as a support.

So Noelle was my first character I pulled and I played a lot with only her, kaeya, lisa and lumine because i just didn't have other characters. I always said to myself:"For now she is good, if I pull someone other i'll exchange her right away." And now i'm sitting here with my level 60 Noelle because i couldn't leave her. I tried playing without her and died. idk how people live without her.

I just started playing for a week, i gave Noelle all the defensive artifacts until her shield takes 0 damage from the wolf boss. This maid is amazing

I use her as shielder and healer.. So I focus on her def stats.. My noelle got 2.5k defense with 1.2k attack.. I use 4set of tenacity of millelith ..she is really a good support into my team

She's badass

Noelle and Albedo are so useful, and they can utilize DEF artifacts very well.
