Sync Trello to Your Calendar with Cronofy (2-Way Connection)

What Trello features or power-ups would you like me to review next?

Wonderful! I thought 2-way sync is always very expensive and requires a subscription. The video is a bit older, but I saw that some 2-way sync extensions are available. Is Cronofy still a recommendation in 2023?

I use the calendar from the power up.. when i set the start and due date in the cards only the due date will appear on the calendar.. i want to see it from start to finished any suggestion?

Can you make the cronofy sync appear in a different colour? Guess not because it is considered a part of the existing calendar? I have my study timetable in Trello and I would like it to appear as a different colour to my work and personal stuff in Google calendar. Any ideas?

Is it possible to synk more than one trello board with cronofy ?

Is cronofy safe? In policies it says it can edit and delete all my calendars

The task does not leave the calendar when marked done. It only goes away when the task is archived, anyone else has this problem?

No matter how closely I follow your directions in the video it does not work. I even went to Cronofy FAQ's and NOTHING WORKED. What a disappointment!

Is there a way to have an entire list show as the notification in the calendar? It would be great if so, because then all of the cards in the list would be in one place.

I do have struggle with one thing!! ...i wish i could set trello cards visibility among people tagged in that card.
I manage several people in a same proccess. However, today i have to create one board for each group of people (instead of having one), so i keep privacy of content across groups of people.

Hi - great videos! I am looking for a way to implement the RPM/OPA system, meaning I would need to see how many minutes/day different tasks of different labels sum up to (how many minutes for "must do" items for the day added up, how many minutes for all items for the day) AND I would like to schedule the items (not only get the due date in my calendar, but the time I plan on doing it e.g. 8-9a.m. , etc). Any ideas?

How do you synch an existing google calendar with trello and have it fully reflected there without dealing with any cards?

Do you know if there is a way to get all due date from all the boards and cards into a calendar? Ideally, I'd like the calendar to be within Trello, not on my Google calendar.

Thanks for this video, I found the 2 way sync very helpful. I am currently using the free version of Team Gantt, the free version of Trello, along with Google Calendar and want to sync all 3 together seamlessly. Do you have any suggestions on how to make this happen? I want to be able to focus on big picture stuff on Team Gantt, sync to Trello to manage which day I'll complete individual tasks in my to do list on Trello, and then schedule times to be viewed on my Google Calendar. Is this possible? I currently have a small team who don't need access to a gantt chart and so Trello is the perfect ecosystem for them, but I need this additional PM capability. I'm also open to other ways of doing things if you have recommendations. Thanks.

Thank you for the excellent tutorial. I need to know how to send a board to another account so the receiver can have it as a private board vs a shared board. The receiver needs to make changes that will not affect my board. TIA.

Hi :). I like your videos. I have a question... ¿is it possible to make a card in a board A, and then, automatically, create the same card in a board B, in a specific list?.. and that these lists will be connected, in such way that if i do any change in one, the same change occurs in the other?

I've been using Trello for a while now and unexpectedly bumped into another 'to list application' called 'ClickUp'. It looks pretty cool and has great reviews. However, I would just like to ask you to review it so I know it is completely safe and good to use.

Hi Scott, another question: once I mark a trello card as completed, will it remove it from my calendar? right now, even when I mark it as completed, I still see it in my calendar. what would you recommend doing in order to have it removed from my calendar once it's completed? thanks, Etty

I have a construction company and do all my delegation and scheduling using Trello and Cronofy. I have created separate Trello and Gmail accounts for each of my 5 team members. When I assign and schedule a project it syncs instantly to their individual calendar on their phone out in the field. Works awesome! Thanks and great job Scott!
