Nicely covered. No one is talking about this compounding tax issue. Started calculating my rewards by the hour so I know exactly when to compound and not get taxed on the remaining THOR tokens

There is a 1 percent compounding fee to compound into a node. So 12.5 X 1.01= 12.625 is your Thor node cost.
You hit compound and had roughly 13.78 Thor.
13.78 - 12.625 = 1.155 left over. You had 1.026 in your wallet after the transaction.
1.026 - .005 = 1.021.
The tax rate on your remaining thor was around 11.6%
1.155 - (1.155 X .116) = 1.021
That's my best calc based on what I think you are saying your balances are.

Are rewards auto compounding into same node type without doing anything?
