At the begining I saw this tittle and I thougt "owh only 30 min.. Not fun" and next I was thinking i will be have to do it with something else... And I did it and it was fantastic!!! Only 30 minutes and I am burning🔥🔥 I am thankcull to you! You are amazing and your workout are brillant!!!🔥🔥😍😍 Best regards from Poland 💪🤗💜

I download and save 6 different workouts every month. This and her 20 min kettle bell plus 60 min full body are in my rotation. Great workouts

I just started your 15 min kettlebell workout four days ago. It is amazing. Tomorrow morning when I get up rather than doing the 15 min workout I will try this. My muscles burn already and after not even a week I am already feeling the benefits.. I love how you do the whole workout with us, no talking but straight to the point. Thanks so much really, I subscribed!! Thanks for helping me on my journey to my better self!

I use this workout twice a week at the gym. Love it!

Edit: I’m using the heaviest kettlebell at my gym and it’s only 15 pounds. Need to ask if they can get heavier ones.

Kettle bells just use the parts of me that crave to be worked, and other weights make my body feel burdened…
but the kettle feels like coming or stretching my legs.
There’s something about utilizing my energy to create union (focusing on the kettle) that feels natural.
