I know this is such a horrible condition but please know you’re not alone with it and it’s not your fault. From my experience, these are some steps you should take if you’re suffering from this and haven’t already.

Step 1:

-Visit your doctor and get prescribed a medicine called Glyceryl trinitrate (GTN).
-Take Sitz baths every time you pass stool – hopefully at least twice a day – for at least 10 mins – ensure the water is properly hot but don’t burn yourself!
-Apply the glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) after that.
-So the steps are pass stool, take a sitz bath, dry up and then apply this medicine.
-Try this all for at least 6 weeks.

Step 2:

-If the above hasn’t worked, try the exact same steps as above but replace the glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) with Calcium channel blockers – your doctor can prescribe this.
-Try this again for 6 weeks.

Step 3:

- If step 2 hasn’t worked go back step 1 – trust me it is work trying step 1 again as it can work the second time.

Step 4:

-If you’re still suffering, visit your doctor and ask them to refer you to a specialist in a hospital, and then follow their advice.

IMPORTANT

While you’re trying the steps above, please make sure alongside it you:

-Increase the amount of water you drink!
-Increase the Fibre in your diet!
-The two things are important, try slowly and in small steps to do this.

3: Avoid Too much spicy Foods
4: Use warm Water For cleaning

I am not constipated. Toilet is also soft, but sometimes 2-3 times have to go to the toilet Suddenly 3 days ago today, time to go to the toilet. It felt like a small beach to touch the anus! It was also a little itchy; After that slowly after 3 days I could feel it again with my hand, it is getting bigger than before. But my pain wow blood! All these signs are yet to be seen. But i dnt see any bleeding while passing stool.

I suffered with anal fissure for several years. I had to even quit my job. I tried several medicines and exercises. Anal Fissure Tips

I first of all came to God in Faith And prayed. This is honestly where I was healed

I followed up with the following
after each BM and for any breakout pain

1.) witch hazel and aloe wipes. This will sting but it helped removing any unnecessary/ leftover residue.
2.) next hemorrhoids or fissure oil I used forces or nature hemorrhoid oil. Lastly each morning take one dose of napolina. The one with flax seed, oat bran and senna leaf. Your bowels will go like the wind and be the right consistency so you don’t tear. This method is the best as I tried several methods. Also each shower bend over and do sitz baths and do them as often as you need followed by the above routine
