Eden, I really love how you like to perceive and improve your life and motivate so many people to do the same. Honestly, I would just want you to know that if you really want to become that person who you were at sixteen and who you think is one of your best versions, you can recall the way your mindset was. I think when you're so into living in the present that you have created for yourself, you stop worrying what the past was or what the future can cause. Yes, you do contemplate on the consequences of your actions but to a minimal level.
So, don't worry, you will be an even better person than you ever was, if you really want to. And you put every bit of you in practicing the present and not thinking or bringing anything that causes you think in any other direction/fantasy or negativity.
