Clickbait: Disabling isn´t the same as overriding. None has to watch your video, in order to know how to disable a system, one just disables it... Aside to that, overriding lets a system still look legal afterwards, while disabling looks illegal at first glance, so, what´s the use of it...?

I have a Bosch Active Line bike, I removed magnet, but speed is still restricted the same way..

How would this work for a DRB coniston pedal assisted mtb? Im not home at the moment and cant remember seeing any magnets. Its a nice bike but feels underpowered with the limiter. I can tell the battery has way more go in it without it

One turn is one turn. This can not change anything

The speepdometer counts number of turns per minute. So your modification has no impact. You should change your wheels ,but youbdont have enough space.

the easiest way is to put the sensor on the other side and then glue the magnet on the back side of the pedals. it does work well without errors

Bs video. Computer calculates speed by size of the wheel and rpm. Neither will be affected by sliding that thing up and down the spoke.

This doesn't work. Moving the sensor in or out counts the same time for one revolution. The magnet moves faster over a longer distance the farther from the hub/axis but proportionally faster. Increasing the outside diameter of the tire might work. This doesn't.

Don't do it!
I did it on my new 2023 giant fast road e+, and only worked for about 100km (3 rides). As soon as the system detected the irregular speed, it would shout down speed sensor ,lock the system and stop assist power. Giant can't do anything about the issue and still wait for Yamaha's solution.

I don't know why this should work. As a bike mechanic i know that as soon as the spoke magnet is not alligned propperly, the Bosch system gives an error code. This is because it does not know how fast the bike goes anymore and can bypass the 25kph speed limit. This is only for Bosch systems as far as i know. It's weird that this works on your Bosch E-Bike without giving error codes.

On a Bafang M600, the motor will shut off with a E21 error if the speed sensor is not picking up the speed of the wheel.
