I wish she was doing equal repetitions for both sides and I think the breathing is opposite of what she says.
Inhale on release and exhale on contractions/ extensions

ОтветитьGreat short workout and you really feel the burn. The music however is so horrible, it's repetitive and distractingly bad. I would recommend removing it and just using the vocal instruction.
