Can't really call him a "stream sniper" when you accepted the 1v1. They should allow you to look at everyones buffs before you accept the fight, and they should disallow outside buffs in all dueling situations.

He wasn't stream sniping, he was essentially cheating, and Blizzard has allowed this for years. Back in my dueling days of WoW I always had to deal with this shit and it got to the point where I wouldn't accept duels for this very reason.
