Did you received the e-mail? Because I tried this with a radio and instead of putting it in the message I putted it on the subject, and none mail was received even though I had a Green success message. I have a "normal" contact form that works, and I copied the same configuration from there.

The choices are - google - craigslist - friend - Poster - Yahoo - Snowman

so in FORM i have

What do I put in MESSAGE BODY? -

Right now all I have is
