Vin Yin - Relax & Flow - 30 Minute Yoga Practice

This is my 10th journey and it will be so different from previous years since I will have to modify a lot due to a foot surgery I had in December. I will do my best, modify when I need but I will show up. Thank you Adriene and this beautiful community

This one might be one of my favorite flows of yours. I ended up here because Flow 1 is not out yet and it was the perfect start into the new year for me. The way you gently pulled my attention back to the present moment was beautiful, and the movement was the perfect mix for me. Sending a lot of love to benji and you from me and my dog shiro <3

“Just allow yourself to be…nothing to do…nowhere to go” - the build up (or should it be wind down? ☺️) to this point was perfect! The flow was so natural, when you said these words, I had tears in my eyes. You are healing with the work and love you put into these practices! 💜

What a perfect preparation this is for tomorrow. Benji is really working the moves to perfection. At the end of Day 0 I was overjoyed to see you nose to nose as you both did downward dog. I do hope very much that you keep that gorgeous lil sequence at the beginning or the end of FLOW because it's just too beautiful for words.
