ОтветитьYou don't need to suffer for the cold shower. Start with a warm one, even hot, then drop the temperature slowly to the point just before it's very painful. Gentle love and you will get the same results. I do it every morning.

ОтветитьOkk one thing more.... always eat fresh thing in breakfast....u can switch to natural sweeters like jaggery and honey in oats bowl or fruits with it. But eat fresh nd eastern Asian PPL also suggest eating something raw ... again like fruits which isn't cooked nd direct source of energy without loosing it's nutrients while being on stove...! Very effective tried and tested method

ОтветитьWhat about dark and rainy winter days? Not everyone lives in California, the rest of the world actually has seasons, in winter the sun doesn’t rise before, like, 8-9 a.m. … so definitely no walks in awful cold dark even rainy mornings for me here

ОтветитьI'm not sure why you included things that help your creativity. I have no instance in my life I need to be creative. I just have to have the energy to do the things necessary to exist and have energy. (which in and of itself feels stupid and pointless)

ОтветитьIntwresting about no sugar breakie as our body sees bread as sugar. I think what you meant to say was consume these sugars / carbs with fibres and fats like you did! That is what dampens the spikes 😊

ОтветитьOh my goodness, I didn't know a time lock box existed! I am absolutely fine with my phone, not using social medias, but food is a real issue and I have so much weight to lose because of cracking I can't control! I bought two straight away and I am so excited about it!
