So glad I found Jim. I am a big fan if Tim Ferriss, Andrew Huberman, Lex Fridman, and Joe Rogan. I can see Jim has talked to similar scientists but he should really be a guest for these pods! It would help more people

Jim Kwik's teachings have helped me overcome lots of doubts. I was once removed from a private school because I wasn't quite learning as quickly as the other children. They actually said I might have a mental handicap. In reality, my learning methods were different and the school didn't have the resources or the specialists to help me.

I enjoyed this very much. Will watch again. My thoughts, there are seasons of life where personal routine just isn't as easy as it sounds when others need you morning and night or you have odd work shifts and health problems but listening to this does help me think of what incremental changes I can make along the way. That was mentioned. That needs to be one of the important words to remember. May take some time to establish.

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me, retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income-generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45

There's no laziness - there's lack of motivation or means to do something. This could be tiredness, no know-how or time, inaccurate goals or believe in one's talent. Imo the goal wording is the most powerful - for example most people I know are willing to use minimal effort to achieve external goals. If the goal is something they could benefit from then putting the expectations level too low is the worst sabotage possible

I believe that if you learn how to be a critical thinker (or you were raised that way - to solve your own problems and be resourceful), you’ll never be lazy or bored. You’ll always be thirsty for knowledge and to make meaningful change in the world.

These are pretty much Biblical principles. Jesus was right. Periodt.

5 years later I am still hanging on to every word!

This was very inspiring, I could relate to the super power of being invisible. It's something that I have been working on changing for some time and I have actually become comfortable in it because of the fear of being seen and heard.

Despite the economy crisis, this is still a good time to invest in stock and crypto.
