New to FBA and called seller support though the app , they called me back straight away and answered my question .

I just cannot understand how other people are able to change brands or their listings. Is it a hack?

Do you know if I can use the vine program to receive the max 30 reviews, but all this time the product to be inactive so the image with Oops... and dogs from amazon to appear when going on the product listing? I ask this because if so, I would apply in vine program with max nr, 30, I would wait 30-45 days to receive the reviews and then start the actual launch so that I don't start with 0 reviews.

Re trademark, would you also recommend getting it for other countries outside uk? Even if you never end up selling on those markets, if your brand does well my fear is that someone could rightfully use your brand name. Or does brand registry stop this happening?

Amazon seller support is really rubbish and my account is suspended straight after completing registration. Very hard getting any support.

Great insight! Regarding point 6:price. I advise you guys to try increasing it, in my case the sales increased as I was perceived differently than other generic products.
Re. 7: the transfer fees vary between banks, my bank transfer to China (in Poland though) costs me 10usd regardless of the ammount.
