I am really curious about the content of the calligraphy on the wall, haha!
ОтветитьMmmm I have anterior pelvic tilt and was told to do that but with knee bend …by my osteopath and another physiotherapist…mmm…mmm
ОтветитьDoes any surgery for Anterior pelvic tilt???
ОтветитьBecause of my pelvic tilt, my silhouette profile looks like my upper body is almost cut in half and floating over my toes. When I bend towards the floor, i feel my spine open up like the bendy part of a plastic straw. Feels good.
ОтветитьYes, it feels like my back is stuck in that position, especially when i dip the butt sort of speak (forgot the tilt version) , it gives a shooting pain.
Thanks for the video🍀 I really need to loosen up that stuff.
What if you're unable to move your pelvic out of anterior pelvic tilt without bending your knees?
Ответить“I’d have a hard time hugging people.” ❤❤❤ A statement made by a person with priorities straight! I only recently realized that I had a tendency to be in an APT. Since I started working on establishing a neutral pelvis, my mobility and, indeed, my dance technique has totally improved. Thanks again for sharing.
ОтветитьSERIOUSLY! No pain. Just found it aesthetically unpleasing to look at
ОтветитьThanx buddy..This was awesome.
ОтветитьI have anterior pelvic tilit since from 2018 i have been in this position for to long period of time my hamsstrings are really tight i have started training but it doesnt give results
have some oneever fixed anterior pelvic tilt share ur experince
do a video on how to fix this situation: right hip rotated anteriorly and left hip rotated posteriorly
ОтветитьHoly relief I had a feeling my hip was out of place and forgot about my forward hip, this works instantly!
ОтветитьHi! I really am enjoying your videos! However I signed up for the APT videos and the link in the email does not work 😢please help!
ОтветитьI had an awful lower back that's been injured due to activities in high-school (played an instrument that uses a harness and relied a LOT on lower back muscles to stay in posture) and now it's resulted in an AWFUL case of pelvic tilt.
I just found out about it this morning and omg this is a life changer. I always though I had a bloated gut but once I changed my posture... it all changed!
Tysm 🥺❤️
Fantastc! Thank you so much
ОтветитьIf I have an active lifestyle of exercise, football and good balanced diet . Will it eventually go away or do I need to target a specific muscl
ОтветитьAmazing exercises! I can finally feel my back straightening and core activating. Thank you very much :)
ОтветитьThis is my favorite episode of blues clues
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic explanation I've listened to!!
How joyfully and easily you taught the APT issue, GREAT
THANKYOU! what a great, joyful teacher n illustrator.
Rofl, 🤣🤣😂😂 I don't need any more help with a big butt.
ОтветитьI finally found my own remedy and fix for my own anterior pelvic tilt, it may not work for some but for me it was the ONLY thing that worked. V-Sit ups.
ОтветитьIve been stretching and strengthening my posture i think its improving but now its easier for my lower back to start hurting when i jog or workout. Is that normal? I cant tell if im messing myself up more or if its just im finally working my lower back since it has more motion.
Ответитьno clue
ОтветитьI don’t understand what I am doing wrong. Ive had this problem for so long, and nothing I do is helping. Ive tried so many times to stop curving by back and tilting my pelvis back, but I begin to bend my knees or arch my upper back, and I don’t understand. All I want to be is a normal human, but I just can’t. Please help.
ОтветитьSo I’m pretty sure I might have anterior pelvic tilt, but also rotation… made worse by pregnancy. Can this also cause rib flare? I think I have a left side rib flare that and now discomfort on that rib. Basically my last pregnancy messed me up. 😬
ОтветитьThank you so much for your detailed help about this problem. I find out week ago that i have ATP. But for me only symptoms is lower back pain that radiates in hips and buttocks BUT ONLY when im walking or standing more than 10-15 minutes. It feels more like stiffnes pain and discomfort but really impacts my life lately. I am a recreational powerlifter and when I do compund heavy movements there is no pain at all because luckily I know how to brace core before lift. But pain when walking will drive me out of my mind. So my question is: Do you have any suggestion on footwear for this kind of pain? Or that I just do exercises and stretches daily and learn how to improve posture and let the time do the thing?
ОтветитьSo I love you videos! I have been suffering for 2 years from si joint disfunction. My chiropractor says this is because the left side of my pelvis is in anterior rotation and the right side of my pelvis is in posterior rotation, and this causing my sacrum to be tilted. Can you post a video of some excercises I can do or leave some in the comments so that I can work on this issue proactively. I know this video wasn't centered around this, I just wanted to comment on the newest video in hopes to get a quicker response. Thank you so so much! I have been suffering so long! My chiropractor has helped somewhat but I'm still in daily pain!
ОтветитьThis video is great. Most videos give exercises that may be too hard for someone with severe APT. Starting with this basic movement is the only thing that worked for me. Thank you!
ОтветитьI got ptsd from hearing pandemic
ОтветитьI’m moving my pelvis and I feel like I’m thrusting my junk
ОтветитьYour analogies are fantastic. I’ve even in therapy a while but you dumb it down better for me lol
ОтветитьHi, done a lot of stretching for my apt. Next day my back and groins feel tired. This a good sign that the excerises are working?
ОтветитьSo informative and so helpful! Thank you for all that you do.
ОтветитьI feel like I NEED anterior pelvic tilt. I’m always in a rounded position🙁
ОтветитьThank you - so helpful as too were the tips on exercises to stop doing in your course.
ОтветитьFelt a little pain when i did the prosterior pelvic tilt is that normal?
ОтветитьThank you 🙏🏽.
ОтветитьI herniated my L5/S1 disc by arching my lower back on deadlifts, trying to avoid a round back as I thought this might herniate my disc.
ОтветитьSuch simple, eloquent, yet effective advice!
ОтветитьLove this channel for the real talk. Your exercises have really helped me recover from yoga-related injuries and poor movement patterns. Much love and gratitude man 🙏
ОтветитьIt hurts… and it doesn’t look like I’m moving or tilting very much? In fact I can’t tilt forward at all- i’m not sure if it’s due to pain or if I’m already flexed/tilted into full anterior position?
I can tilt ever so slightly posterior…
Love it! Thank you!!
ОтветитьBusted. I was using my knees to tilt. I'll stop doing that.
ОтветитьYou are hilarious, and helpful. Thank you. 🧡
ОтветитьYou are so right about women looking horrible with the bigs butts. Since I was small I always tend to create the curve in my back, I saw a program in Ted where they said to put a pillow in your bac, I do that that let me sit strait but I feel the curve in my back and I finish with back pain, I know some is wrong in what I am doing
ОтветитьDuring my search for apt solution and your setious talk...you just make me laugh seeing your side shots and your face expressions
Ответить
