Access iPhone, iPad, iOS Filing System to copy files without Jailbreaking

guys if your doing this in 2016 or higher it wont work your device version is suppose to be below 8.3.5 beacause that was the time games werent encrypted so you were able to access any game file

iExplorer helped me find the file I was looking for, but it won't let me delete it. It has an option to say to delete, but I click it and it makes an error tone. The sole purpose for me installing various programs to find files on my phone is so I can delete it, and none of them are doing that for me. iFunBox and iBrowse won't even show the file.

Using this program as well as another I've been using a lot lately called iFunBox which is completely free you can access any and all files on the device itself. So assuming the files have not been deleted then they should be accessible through this programs I just couldn't tell you exactly where to look though.

I lost my PDFs on ios7 upgrade can u access address's on the iPad with this program , the iBooks file that I open only lists the location where the PDF should be? Short of jail breaking I'm not sure u can
