$235 a month is about $200,000 of Apple Stock. So this is not passive income. You had to have the money first in order to receive dividends. As for savings and bonds, etc. same thing. Investment property? you own three homes? That's a big chunk of change. Perhaps, you should change your title to Investment strategies. This is misleading.

After selling a Portland property, I'm considering investing the proceeds in stocks. I believe the market is mature enough, but is it a good time to buy stocks? How long before recovering completely? At this point, I'm really simply perplexed about how other folks in the same market are making over $200k in gains in a matter of months.

Hmmmmm......... $58K/month passive income and the furniture and decor look like they come from IKEA. If I make that much passive income, I would at least make an investment in good furniture and decor to make my daily life more comfortable. Which brings me to my second point. How much is true of what this lady is saying and any other vids out there claiming 'I make SO MUCH passive income in a month, I want to share with you how I'm doing it'. Most sane people would guard that secret to keep that market from being saturated with competition.

I've just been laid off and looking at a new job which is daunting being at the same job for 19 years. Something chugs at me more than ever that nothing is worse than relying on 9-5, everyone needs to have PI nowadays. It's better than a 401K which can be gone in seconds.

QQQ is not a good way to secure good rate of dividends, it normally yields only less than 0.75% when the S&P500 and the one you mentioned, FSKAX, may yield more than double that. For dividends, go for a fund that focuses on dividents, just an example Vanguard High Dividend Yield Index Fund VYM. And don't chase yield. ATT is a HORRIBLE stock. It is more important to get a return OF your money, than a return ON your money (e.g. dividend, capital gains, etc)

Option Trading and Affiliate Marketing, now thats disappointing to hear that on this channel !! Option Trading is only for professionals and many retail invetors lose tons of money doing that. To recommend that is crazy. And affiliate marketing involves high margins and low customer satisfaction, you basically sell low quality products for much to high a price and rip off other people's money
