Hi mam had one query I am about to join one co in next 2 months all the salary negotiations done offee letter received ...in current co I am working for 4.8 yrs and by 5 days I will be missing by gratuity amount..will be fine if I am ask for some joining bonus from my upcoming co giving the exact reasons that I am missing by gratuity by 5 days...please suggest

Hi Sonal, what is your thought when the interviewer is asking a question that is too personal for the company that I worked before? For example: who is your biggest client ?

I am currently applying for sales position in one of the biggest OTA in Southeast Asia. At first she asked how much was our market share, commissions, selling price. I thought she wanted to measure my performance in number. I was still positive about it.

Then I was shocked why she asked who is our biggest client? Why? For what? Does she want to contact the Travel Agent and listing them your company? I found it very unethical.

Hello, thank you for the video. I am recently unemployed due to a corporate restructuring. I have 10 years in the company as an Operations Manager. As I interview, I feel they are looking at my age a red flag. I am 61 but I don't believe I look or even act like that, but I know the interviewer(s) are taking notice. As I try to promote my experience and why I am the best candidate, I am not sure they get past the age thing. Any ideas on how to sell yourself beyond the age issue? I don't plan on retiring (even though I can) for quite some time as I love working. Thank you.

I've been to approximately 10 interviews and unfortunately, I've walked away from each one, it's so sad how unprepared and unprofessional the labor market is. I prepared myself for an interview to talk about straight out business sales objects and the following happened. The HR person interviewing me pulls out a piece of paper and starts to ask me questions lol, I answered the first one out of respect but then I respectfully told her that if she was going to questionnaire me, I was going to leave. Any 5 year old could ask someone questions from a xerox copy question cheat sheet. I'm a professional businessman there's no need for that, instead a real interview is a professional conversation between a candidate/employer. You don't need to ask me for my weaknesses/strengths, what would you do in X situation, tell me a time when you went above and beyond bla bla bla.... lol . If you pay attention carefully during the CONVERSATION you will perceive all those things. Another thing I personally don't like is that employers want you to tell them what they want to hear, jajaja, oh no I sure don't gift my ears to anyone. These prefabricated questions lead to cherry coated responses. I dare you go to Wall street and use that method lol.

Can we get rid of hr? There was no hr interview. Entirely non working people. He said she said. Hr job is to primarily avoid difficult and fake crooks. Beyond that is applicable to salespeople
