Burying the beater? 🤔
Ответитьi wonder what he could do with 2 pedals damnnn
ОтветитьHey brother make sure you have vans on because they help too
ОтветитьSad how that metronome practice at the end could be a number one song 😂 Larnell rules
Ответить*proceeds to kck at beat rate (double foot rate) with merely alcohol
ОтветитьRaging Right Foot!
ОтветитьTrying to see what spring tension he has…
ОтветитьFor those of you wondering what shoes to get, my personal Recommendation is converse. Their shoes have a hard material in front of where the toes are, so it feels like your foot is at the front of the pedal when it’s not. So you get the control of having your foot at the front of the pedal, while having the speed of it being further down.
ОтветитьYoo why is that pedal trying to keep up with his foot!?
ОтветитьThank you for answering my question. I thought for sure my excuse for not being able to do faster doubles/triples was due to having clumsy size 13's.
ОтветитьNewby questions!
Just trying to understand the mechanics of this.... is stroke 1 = 'toes' and stroke 2 = ball of foot?
2nd question. Is this the same as 'heel-toe'?
Thank you!
LL is actually playing the pedal as an instrument using different parts o the pedal for effect. This is so intelligently explained and demonstrated. Thank you LL.
ОтветитьNo matter what I do, I just can’t time my doubles right. Can anyone point me in the way of a video that looks at setting up my pedal correctly?
ОтветитьLegendary man
ОтветитьAnyone else feel like he may be talking about something else in the beginning?
ОтветитьI’m a drummer for more then 8 years don’t remember how long and there is some days I’m good at fast feet on peddles but some days I am ass at it is there a reason should I train my foot more??? Also it’s impossible for me to use 2 peddles I can never keep the beat my foot just stops or losses the beat for some reason 😅

ОтветитьImagine this man with double bass.
ОтветитьWould an extended footboard be a help or a hindrance for this kind of technique?
Ответитьsize what???? dayyum 😅

Ответитьbeautiful playing!!
ОтветитьLarnell Lewis is my inspiration drmmer i'm 14 yeas old from now for me ah i think i can do that b'cause practicing❤
ОтветитьPun intended, my feet are my Achilles heel. This was much needed info, thanks. I bet it helps with a smooth bass pedal. DW 7000s of mine too much lettering, thus grip.
ОтветитьLarnell is so darn good and he explains it so well! But is it me or does he go the opposite (slides front to back) when demonstrating the practice exercises?
Ответить"You wanna know whats going on down there..." I wasn't sure if he was gonna say gonorrhea or the bass pedal. I think i need help
ОтветитьI thought bonham's double kick was incredible
ОтветитьHm, so it's about alternating between ankle and hip motions since both individually are too slow.
Ответить...WHAT
Ответитьgives me hope as a single bass kick drummer
ОтветитьAlso..is the pedal- beater attached way- to- the right..??
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
ОтветитьIncredible. Absolute legend.
ОтветитьIn the second note literally the foot downd over the pedal or is a tap?
