We got the Mimic two times in a row. The first time was easy. It was a normal hunting ghost. We hid in a closet right before the next hunt and suddenly it was slow as a slug (Deo). I just screamed Mimic and then all three of us died x'D
The next round we thought it was the twins. And it was another Mimic trolling us >w>

(got hantu and the real twins in the next rounds so we finished the challenge ♥)

i had a spirit that exploded multiple lights in its range, he was absolutely unhinged but smudging it really destroyed its cover lol

I think I had a rev, oni and like a onryo or something, the first 5 attempts I was trying to get evidence (silly, didn’t read that far) afterwards I’d survive one hunt and guess based on what I saw

Moroi murdered my ass in this challenge.

i did it first 3 trys

im a very new ghost hunter but watch a shit ton of video’s on this game so im familiar with the behaviors and abilities, i did 3 games of this challenge and got all 3 of them right with a confidence choice is ghost before leaving, felt very satisfying doing this weeks challenge!

Had 1st ghost of the run that in 7mins of investigsting hunted 6times. Exploded lights 2 times, used singing events 5times, touched doors 2 times in a split second(similar to yurei ability) but not. When I was in a ghost room didnt hunt for like solid 2-3mins and when only did ghost event outside of the room it started hunting. And threw so many items similar to polter. So i obviously selected mimic as wtf is this ghost. And apparently it was a banshee :)
After that was some ez ghost thaye, polter and raiju ;)😂

I got 2 spirits and a rev so this one was easy this time

I died around 30 times in this challenge.

Had a shade last night if i was in the bathroom it would hunt from the basement and if i was in the basement it hunted from the bathroom. Thought it was a bug but completed the challenge on figuring out that one , that normal?

Lowkey just speedrun ghost guesses unless your a paranormal phenomenon master because any of the aggressive ghosts even on the easiest difficulty will still present a challenge at 0 starting sanity, even with safety timer

correct me if im wrong, arent shades suppose to do more ghost events at lower sanity?

i got mimic’d TWICE when i did this. got both wrong because the first one quite literally NEVER turned into a fast ghost, and the second was on the second floor when i think it did and i was on the first and i couldn’t quite hear how fast it really was, and it could not find me at the bottom floor for me to confirm it. that second one was my fault really for not listening hard enough, but man how BS is it to get mimic’d TWO TIMES when i had to have done less than 10 games on this mode.

It took me over an hour because of constant Shade, Goryo, Yurei stuff xD

every time I've done this the game glitched

I literally just played so long till I eventually got a deo or moroi or other and could guess easy

I have always thought it was weird that you take a video cam on no evidence runs. You don't need ghost orbs to find a Mimic. All you need is two different hunt speeds or 2 different ghost abilities. over time.

If it's C# I could imagine the devs fucked up the "Random" Factor. The same Random instance should be used, otherwise you may get the same result twice. I've also seen that we get the same Ghost twice in a row, it's quite common.

So i did the challenge w my friends and we could see the orbs from the headcam but ofc u have to play with at least 1 more person to do that

Jinn had it's special Animation, where it moves faster in a zig-zag movement towards the player

does anyone know if the candle radius scales like the crucifix radius for testing for onryo?

This weekly is alright for me, got Raiju, Oni and Obake!

An even easier and more visual moroi test I do is:
T1 smudge = the moroi will still be confused after the smudge stopped smoking
T2 and T3 smudge = the moroi will be confused for as long as the smudge is smoking aka other ghost will target you again even tho the smudge is still smoking

That flavor-text CJ put in became a niche thing for morois.

I love this challenge! Tried this 3 times on my stream but only got Hantu right, took me a long time to figure this one out tho😅 I guess I'll try again cause it was much fun and I would love to finish this challenge. It's interesting to see this from your perspective, how confident you are with your choices and also all the knowledge you're sharing, thanks insym! ❤️

it did the same thing to me the ghost always fail to find me the first hunt run right past me one of them even ran THROUGH me and it wasnt a banshee

My friend and I had two quick rounds with a revenant and the twins. The third time it took a little longer, it was an Onryo, which we eventually found out with an Onryo test. It was pretty sus how it blew out the candle every second with the crucifix right underneath it. :D

for people that farmed x13 reward until prestige 20 its nothing

For people that know less, you may avoid using "throw" word when you talk about crucifixes or books, cause they may not know you have to place it 😂

I'm not lying at all, I ACTUALLY got 3 deos in a row doing this challenge. I thought for a bit the challenge was only deos, but then on a fourth run just to test it, I got a raiju. I ended up beating it in like 5 minutes total because the game just decide to make it as easy as humanly possible for me. I also ended up helping a friend later with the same challenge and it took us an hour to get even 1 guessable one.

U should do take photos while getting hunt to get perfect game

I was lucky w my first one i played multiplayer and it literally walked past 3 of us it was so funny😅 (banshee)

Those who normally plays without evidence it is easy for them, by the way I got Shade and two times twins . Although shade was difficult for me .

This challenge took me a record 10 minutes I got a rev, phantom, and moroi, all on the first hunt

The title lets you think its so difficult, but then you see its like one of the shortest Insym videos xD

Since we've been using your 10.07% settings, this challenge was a breeze👍

I got lucky with this one, me and my friend did it on our first three attempts because we got a Thaye, Twins, and Oni

I love how Insym has been explaining his reasoning for crossing out ghosts in the journal a lot more lately, cause I would usually feel real dumb when I didn't know why he was crossings out so many ghosts all of a sudden

Finally! I waited this morning to see if he would post this challenge before work. I tried this in VR on public lobbies and it made the game serious, fun, and incredibly immersive. Felt like a legitimately professional ghost hunter..... until the last guy and I decided to give up and got it wrong...
