Why do so many “LIE? When a cop is asked for their NAME and BADGE No. and they say “RIGHT HERE”, surely “THAT’s a LIE” and unless you can Read, See or even Understand what’s really meant when they don’t actually give their actual NAME.
If we said “Right Here” and pointed to a name badge, we would be charged for giving a “false identity“ because “What we actually said is NOT our name“ regardless wether we pointed to a badge or not.

It’s ILLEGAL for that officer to USE THE PHOTO TO IDENTIFY YOU, because it’s covered with the same LAW that you don’t have to IDENTIFY YOURSELF UNLESS YOU ARE UNDER ARREST.

It's interesting that the cop's FIRST claimed offense was "voyeurism". To prove that, the cops would have to claim, and then PROVE, that Orange Man derived sexual gratification from watching the public works employees as they were walking about. Why does law-enforcement always try to make somebody’s feelings being hurt a crime? I know of no laws in any state that allow a person to be charged with a crime because they hurt somebody’s feelings. If someone was physically hurt, that’s a different story that’s in assault or a battery, but simply hurting someone’s feelings, simply because someone doesn’t like what you’re doing does not make it a crime. Law-enforcement always shows up and claims that there was an alleged phone call by an anonymous person with made up allegations that are not a crime yet the law enforcement officers will try to force an individual to give their ID claiming that their ID will tell them what they’re doing there or what they’re up to. Law enforcement= 🤡’s
