other than that i normally end up with one from the forge event or from raiding.

Lots of them are good. I personally like Conquerer (forged through ambition after winning 15 foreign wars) which gives you improved chances of capturing both artifacts and courtiers in sieges. Fantastic for any raider! More ransoms, more chances at accelerating a war by capturing the enemy's children, more opportunities to scoop up courtiers with congenital traits or bloodlines for your breeding program.

I like the Valiant bloodline, which gives boosts to mounted troops, monthly piety, and personal combat skill. It also attracts wandering knights, bards, and damsels.

I once played as Jerusalem, got 3 bloodlines, one saint, one of conquest, and the Alexander one, but my son died, and with him my dinasty.

I think the video exaggerates the rarity of the 'Blood of Alexander' bloodline. I've never had any trouble with obtaining it, as long as I've a decently sized empire. Heck, I've triggered it on my 2ND character once. Once you get to crusades getting the necessary prestige is trivial and the time to trigger isn't too long

Alexanders blood is rare? I got it on both of my byzantine runs

Personally, Many A True Nerd has given me a soft spot for the Dutiful Brute bloodline, mainly because it was the one that came from the legendary warrior king Perun the Wise.

My first real campain after learning the game i obtainend blood of alexander, started as duke of milano 1066, conquered italy byz and egypt by 1300s, had a demon child that become head of THE society, and the same characther gets the blood of alexander, plus im more or less imortal since all the society bonuses to health and healing LUL

I got it as an Aztec invader.

1)Play as African(for elder succesion) religion Berber(for raiding and capturing people of non formable bloodlines).
2)take Mali gold mines to support overgrown court and future wonders building
3)seduce as many women as you can and legitimize all the bastards.
4)On second gen start getting formable blodlines and passing succesions to your relatives with no bloodlines, while keeping the formed ones alive and landless inside your court.
5)As long as you have bloodlineless relatives, you can have as many bloodlines as you want, while gathering them in one line via mathernal marriges.

10+ formable bloodlines in 200 years, with so many opinion modifiers wfom great wonders and bloodlines, that no one will care about you being inbred syphilitic midget.

Alexander bloodline is a bit useless with the current prerequisites. The hard thing is to create an empire not expand it. They could for example trigger it when someone converts to Roman paganism.

I got a bloodline from a canonized character that kinda look like a lite version of blood of empress Marine le Penn: It didn't had personal combat skills and monthly prestige gains, but would convert countries to religion faster and instead of +20% damage against religious enemies and +5 christian opinion, it was +10% and +5 christian church opinion

There is litellary no feudal game I didnt get sly blood its soo easy and gives nice killing bonuses
