ОтветитьOkay, I just did a quick circuit that will work with the following parts: 220 Ohm, 100K, L.E.D, N.P.N transistor, L.D.R, and 3.7V battery
From positive supply connect 220 Ohm resistor, other leg of resistor will connect to the positive leg of the L.E.D
Connect the negative side of the L.E.D to the collector of your N.P.N transistor (verify the pinout for your particular transistor)
Connect the emitter leg of N.P.N transistor to ground (negative terminal of battery)
Connect 100K between the positive leg of the L.E.D and the base of the N.P.N transistor
Connect the L.D.R between the base and emitter of your N.P.N transistor
Tested this circuit.
