[Garry's Mod] Unsatisfying Reload Animations (Cursed)

I'm surprised on how this got so much attraction despite being an another weapon showcase video. I don't know why some people ask for downloads despite most of these being very low quality like I don't know why you want these when there are way better options out there (with the exception of the EFT UMP45 Swep). I'll admit the EFT UMP45 addon is the only decent animation here but it's just a pet peeve of mine when they just only do the bolt pull. Especially since in the actual EFT game, the characters uses the bolt catch for the UMP45 but at this point, I'm just old man yelling cloud.

I do plan on making a sequel to this video at some point?

That UMP with the Eotech had a really damn good reload, why was it included here?

One thing I despise is when the viewmodel hands arent fully gripping onto the firearm. Like they're holding it like a piss towel or something.

HK slaps are so overrated. They're not cool because everyone does them.

I find the last reload funny because the other Akimbo weapons that add on offers has the most badass and cleanest reloads it has, mainly the Akimbo SMGs.

on one side you have amazing reload animations that rival actual triple a games but on the other side you got stuff like this

First we had all those shitty animations in mod guns that looked like they came from some Counter Strike game, but way worse.

Then the so called satisfying animations came around and dominated the mod space. But they suck too, they look like they came from some modern cod game where all the screws and pins on the gun must be loose and every damn interaction with the gun results in violent screenshake.

Yeah hk slap for ump isn't necessary unlike the mp5.


You slap the mp5 bolt cause it jams otherwise, meanwhile ump45 has its bolt locked.

Still better than MWII.
