4-Axis CNC Milling - Aluminum Cylinder Cap

This is Part 2 from a clip released a few months ago. Here, we are finish-machining this aluminum cylinder cap with two side ports, 180 degrees apart. Unique to this component is the 16 RMS surface finish on the face of the ports for sealing purposes. We used a custom burnish tool to give the customer what they needed to get this part to market.
