All efforts by ED are to put Nowhera in jail. Why? What is the worry if not put in jail.
If ED is concerned about the payments to complainants then should facilitate and support the efforts to clear the payments,

If the title of ownership of the properties was not known, verified and cleared by the state government, how was is attached.
why should ED want to get clearance of title of ownership from government of that state. This is intriguing. How could ED make a statement that the accused is not in possession and occupy these properties which are attached?!!!!

And how the construction by some builders was allowed or not prevented when it was under attachment of ED.
