I got a check engine light on my 2022 Lowrider S today. The bike ran fine and the only thing I knew to check was oil which was fine. Now you've taught me how to check and clear the codes. I'll do that tomorrow and if the code reappears I'll take it to the dealer.

This happened to my friend on his softail standard. He did a burnout in the grass and flipped the code. He used his Vance&Hines fp3 to clear the code

Just search check engine light today. I put an FXRT fairing on my 2020 LRS, relocated my gauges and did bar and risers over the winter. When i went to fire the bike up, the battery was toast, swapped it out for a new one and my CEL is on! I'll check it when i get home from work, but thank you for showing me how!

Thaaaank you! Disconnected the battery to connect a Kuryakyn sound bar and got a Check Engine Light after I was done. Followed your instructions and got an ECM Y with a P1608h (Loss of continuous battery) code. Was able to clear the code with no problems. Saved a trip to dealer, thank to you!

Got a 2017 Road King and I got a CEL (Check Engine Light) and couldn't figure out what it is or how to clear it.
It had something to do with my local HD dealership selling me a new fancy speedo, installed it, turned on the ignition then realized everything was in kilometers.
Put my OE speedo back on and poof. CEL.

It's weird. I won't go into ECM mode. It shows the time. On, then gauge sweep and then just toggles through trip, mileage etc. Can't get it to go into ECM mode.

Havent diagnosed it yet but I first did my burn out the other day and almost dropped the bike but saved it even before it hit the engine guard. Hopefully I'm facing the same issue nothing detrimental. Thanks for the video bro

I popped that code doing burn outs on my 19' sportster no ABS. Still breaking in 20' FXLRS, haven't tried yet.

Yep... did a burnout and got the check engine light. Same code. Went to HD about it and they said that its something you'd have to clear everytime you wanna drop the clutch or do a burnout or shit like that. Weak
