just use a vpn, I used windscribe, it works like a charm

I do this to mine, But it worked for me,
1st= Go to Libraries then System C
2nd= Click Programmed files(x86)
3rd= Find Steam and Click it
4th= Click Uninstal Icon on steam after that, Go to The File Location of Steam You downloaded Then Open it Again
Last Is Install iT
