In the last year I’ve started to understand how my mind and body feels when I feel like I’m lacking intimacy or connection, and I’ve learned that the feeling comes when I’m not taking care of myself (rather than pointing at someone and having a tantrum because “you’re not taking care of me”). So I sought out more content on intimacy so I can go inward and this was perfectttt. I am mastering connectedness to myself. Thank you for helping with the journey!!!
