Bed Time Stories: Play YouTube at Custom Start and Stop Times

In this video, I'm gonna show you how to play YouTube Videos at custom start and stop times. Specifically this useful if you listen to YouTube videos as bed time stories and want to keep them them sure. If a video is super long, maybe you only want to listen to the first 30 minutes of it before falling asleep. By the way note to self, this would make a great React.js project.
