Let's Play Subnautica: Below Zero Part 27 - Vent Garden

Seeing the garden vent had me in jaw-dropping AWE at its size!

And of course, the first song that started playing after you placed jukebox is "die peacfuly". I absolutly hate it being in this game, because, while it might not actualy be spoilers (developers probably not that stupid to put actual big spoilers in the lyrics of ingame song (but I don't know, haven't finished it yet)), it's deffendaly feels that way. And, therefore, it's just completley ruining you mood if you first hear it before you finished the game.

There's a bunch of titanium in that mine lol.

Isn't there supposed to be a Chelicerate around the Ventgarden? I swear that thing was guarded on my playthrough

I did want you to jump off but in retrospect, that would’ve been a poor decision. 😂
And the vent garden is pretty out of the way so it’s cool you were able to see it since it’s just a cool thing.

sorry to be this guy, but it is getting increasingly off putting when you are excessively aggressive towards the stupid creatures when they scare you.
it's creepy, i liked it better when you where not so much like that, like all the rest.

Lovely jukebox episode

There are jukebox speakers in your build menu which you can use to have the sound cover your entire base. Also, on an unrelated note, there's a neat way to optimize your storage capacity in this game. Because the Recyclotron is a thing, you can actually condense all your titanium into ingots for storage, and then recycle them whenever needed. On a smaller scale, the same can be done with other materials (such as storing silver as wiring kits, or copper as copper wires).

Yay you found one! The vent gardens became my favorite creature in both games :D

I like building a base around the Vent Garden, it's cool looking up out of a glass dome and seeing this huge stationary jellyfish-like thing.

Too bad all the music for the jukebox is bad.

People normally avoid sinking resources into the sleeper module for the Seatruck.
What it doesn't say in the description is that this module comes with a built-in jukebox. Which can be heard in the entire truck. Even during driving.

Just sayin'..

The Ventgarden was one of the most impressive biomes in the game for me. The music contributes a lot.
Fun story: I lost my first Snowfox there. I urgently needed space in the inventory and thought I could drop it for a moment. But he unfolded right away and tried to rise to the surface. Strangely enough, he kept stopping a few meters above me. As if he was trying to bait me. And at no cost did I want to follow him, while a leviathan was in sight. But I also didn't want his mark to be displayed there forever. So I rammed the Snowfox with my Sea Truck and destroyed it. I was surprised that it actually worked.

Just finished your last video. Excited to see some action 😂 but I did love the base tour
