ОтветитьI coach gymnastics and I tell all of my students and adults to do your yoga classes. As a former college gymnast myself, I love the way you teach and challenge us in a way my body can still handle (unlike gymnastics haha). Also, where is your black unitard from?

ОтветитьIam 65 yrs now and I can do some of theses poses but is very hard. Iam not as flexible like she is maybe I can be at some point and time. Life can be challenging when I was in my thirties and probably her age I could do a lot of these photos without any problems but I gave it up and I shouldn't have I should have kept it up so now I'm starting back in it again and I'm thinking I'm too old. 😥

ОтветитьThis was so so good. The serene choice of background music really helped my difficult emotions flow through while holding those postures. I was also stuff from yesterday's weight training. So this was everything in 20 mins. Thank you and gratitude 🥰☺️

Ответить4 years ago, I was doing this practice from a very unhealthy mindset. I had deeply rooted anorexia.
I avoided this practice for a long time, because it holds memories of this difficult times in my life. But today, I’m going to do it again. It’s so wonderful to look back, see where we’ve been and where we’ve come. Send your past versions of yourself love, light and healing, for time is an illusion and they are you as much as you are them.💗

Ответить010522 (Idk why but I feel my feeling is weird in this morning, I feel upset? Nope, just the feeling that make me feel uncomfortable. I feel unmotivated, not energetic to do the things I want to, I even make anger to my family because they disturbing me while I doing this yoga. I'm feel myself weird sometimes, I not this type of person that will easily feel anger about something or someone, I really don't know why. When doing this yoga for the legs, I feel the sorenss and painful from my legs that even make me feel wanna cry. But after finished, I feel released and a bit peaceful, even I still feel annoying when they disturbing me to do the last posture •᷄ࡇ•᷅ Actually I feel so sorry everytime after make angry for them。:゚(;´∩`;)゚:。 but now my feeling is aldy calm down, and going to having my breakfast hehehe Anyway thank you so much
