ESO How to Respec Skills, Morphs + Attributes (under 3 mins!)

thank you very much for your guide, its so easy once you know how to do it, I played some MMOs that forces you to use a credit card just to respec your skills and attributes which its ridiculous especially for someone like me who doesn't have a credit card and doesnt use debit for online purposes, I'm glad this game is more respectful compare to most mmo I've played

skill respec scroll sucks when you have to redo your 1st Frankenstein build.

Being ALMOST done with a full run with my Dark Elf Vampire, my PS4 controller - and system too - have been messing up lately. The controller keeps doing that drifting crap and the system makes stupid noises whenever I go to turning it on and I don’t know how to tell mom because, she said if it messed up again she wasn’t going to pay to have it get fixed - 😡. And I’ve got like 5 or 6 characters too !!!! On the upside - as of last night, I got all of the shards of Wuuthrad from The Rift and if I can get on today, I’m whooping that last boss or two then may see if I have any lingering quests before I do the main story.

Thank you! I was looking everyone online and everyone was only saying "respec all skills or all attributes", and I was like.. I don't want to remove all the skill points. I just missed a few with that free respec scroll you get from levelling. Just wanted to know if it worked the same as the scroll; manually adding and taking away skill points. It does.. good! I wish the game made that clearer.

How do I change my build? I want to become a stamina dragon knight but all of my points are in health. Can I change them at this shrine

I don't know if this is out of date or what, but I've tried the 2 different options at the shrine in vivec and neither one makes it so I can morph my molten whip I skill.

Does the skills respec cost depend on your level? I have a level 21 dk that I want to fully redo, will it be very expensive?

I just started this and feel like ive messed up my character even tho hes lvl 16 lol Glad to know I can d9 this in game vs paying real $$$ for it.
