I learned how to surf in my teens and continued until my mid thirty something. Now im 56 yrs. young and im greatful and happy again. I can honestly say that your videos, this one to be specific, after giving up surfing for 20 yrs, had inspired me to get a new board and a new wet suit that fit, to reclaim what actually made me a happy man! It has now been just over a year back in the water surfing and I must advise those who can relate, follow your inner voice! You will be very happy you acted on your desires to relive your happiest of days! ''Where do you wanna be?'' Do not live with regret! You can do this, its what you were certain you would never stop doing, right! Remember also that ''grounding'' has its huge health benefits! Perhaps the main reason why surfers appear healthy? fyi.
