Change Images on Hover in Elementor (3 Methods)

I want to create the same thing but with a text heading changing on hover (no images at all). Any suggestions on how I would do this? Using the flip box method doesn't do this well / seamlessly. Thank you!

For the life of me I can't seem to fit the background image to be the same size as the front one, it taller and has this weird entrance effect, like sliding from left to right, any help would be appreciated <3

Now here is a tricky one. I want to create a gallery where I can have the same hover effect. This is not a possibility in the gallery elements in Elementor. i just want a basic 4x3 grid of 12 pictures with different pictures displayed whenever you hover on an image. - the hover images should also be individual. How can I accomplish this?
