Ordered the Logo design with 2 services from the Art Lebedev Studio:

1. Computer generated logo by Ironov. Service does not working. Spent 3 hours to understand that. Good news - money were refunded.
2. Express design. Paid for the services and learned that they has almost 8 (EIGHT) months period to provide the logo design. Who in his/her clear mind will wait for the logo design during 8 (EIGHT) month?!?!?
Asked for refund but was rejected in a rude manner.
Terrible service and even more terrible customer service.
Had to order my logo from another place and got it done in 3 days. NOT 8 (EIGHT) MONTHS PERIOD!
