Ironically the FTC began their ritual demise when they changed their rules so they wouldn’t be bound by the ruling of their internal administrative hearing. After they changed their rules, Microsoft leaked rumors that they were preparing to close the merger. That forced the FTC into federal court instead of their internal court since only the federal court could issue an injunction. They even requested this judge.

All of yall are sad, this affects no one. All MS wants is to be competitive.
