Ответитьthe production value on your videos is insane, i cant believe you dont have more subs
ОтветитьI have only just found your channel, and am so pleased that I did. I am "getting on a bit", and am indulging myself in gear, I couldn't afford in the 80's/90's. Your whole approach, and excellent way of communicating is wonderful. I very much look forward to future videos, and being thoroughly entertained, and educated by them. Do take care, and thankyou.
ОтветитьI don’t know what I enjoyed more, seeing you and your little one producing or the Allen & Heath Review. Congrats on the little one, may your little bundle of joy bring many many blessings and great moments to you and your family.
You take old school to a whole new other level and it’s so cool! Keep up the awesome productions. Will be looking forward to your album. Will you also be dropping it in other platforms or only band camp?

ОтветитьReally love your analog way of making Beats! Ive just started out buying analog gear and making Beats without using daws. But i always master my Beats in a daw. Do u have an analog way of doing it?
Keep up what you do!
That beat goes crazy and the mixer is gorgeous
ОтветитьDo you connect it to a digital interface to mix/master more work in DAW?
ОтветитьI just found your channel, great content, this beat is crazy!
Ответитьstumbled upon this video when searching for vintage recommendations and just had to subscribe. Love love love your beats.

Ответитьthat groove is Too nice!
ОтветитьMan awesome video, i love mixers so much for the reason that not much info can be found in one place online. The mystery is so intriguing! Gonna hunt for one of these now to compliment my wheatstone sp8 24 channel console i use
ОтветитьAdorable! Future musical mind being brought up in such a good way
ОтветитьThat's a gem. I have several fancy new digital mixers. Recently fixed up an old 8 channel Tascam M208 from the 80's. It has found a spot in my production room. We are talking zero latency monitoring!
ОтветитьI use a '76 studiomaster 16-8-4 myself. Really love these old home mixers, the pres sound super unique and give my work a character I couldn't otherwise find. Cool to see I'm not the only one 🎉
ОтветитьJust found your channel, very much liking the vibes. That's a sick mixer, I've been on an A&H kick for a minute and may pick up a 32 channel console sometime soon. Looking forward to going thru more of your vids...
ОтветитьI've inherited a Quasi 8x4 from my Dad but i don't have a power supply for it. Do you have any details on the power supply and the pinout for it? I've tried A&H but they don't have any documents.
ОтветитьBeautiful mixer by look
ОтветитьToo much distortion.
Ответитьbeen looking for one of this era A&H for years after seeing many 70's photos of the Philip Glass Ensemble recording/mixing with them. Love the silver design, large well spaced knobs, discrete, often transformer balanced, but still compact.
Ответитьlegend
ОтветитьNice beats, hope the new kids re-discover this style of hip hop. Nice mixer, too!
ОтветитьSo cool to have your kid in your lap as you work. Sounds excellent too!
ОтветитьYour techniques sound excellent. Truly a man who knows how to work with his a tools
ОтветитьWherenyo akai mixer brooooo!
ОтветитьNice
Ответитьcan you make a tutorial on how to route drums bass and samples all into separate tracks while only using one sampler
Ответить
