Day 1 ✅ : I only did circuit 1 since I’m going to gradually do more. I usually did workout at home and I still do them but they don’t work for me because they have not gave me the results I wanted to and I have done them for a month. I’d love to see myself improve gradually and I can’t wait to see results.
When you find out that the first part is just the warm up😭😭😭

Only Joanna can make you fall in love with cardio blasters at the end of every workout. I have been doin her workouts for three months now and I never thought I could love working out this much. I want to come here after a few months and share my progress.
