just had a vivid dream of an alien invasion, the normal aliens were chill and gave us flying segways but then there were alien piranhas (they were 6 inches long) and hey tried to drag people close to the water into the water

Ok so no b.s I haven't had a lucid dream from this yet but I have noticed that I'm remembering more dreams in detail and having more of said dreams

I've never felt more in control of my dreams until I started listening to this....

I’ve listened to this video so many times over the years. So many hours listening to this. And while I’ve never been able to lucid dream, I feel at peace when I put it on.

checking back in to say this and sounds like work for me. no gimmick. I have had lucid dreams of blowing away negativity and taking full control of myself. has reduced my nightmares by a lot.

OMG after 40 years finally no more night terrors with sleep paralysis and I have amazing dreams that I remember when I get up. Sometimes I am pretty disappointed because the dream was beautiful and seemed more real than life. I can't believe it stopped the night terrors and all though. It's actually making me emotional. That stuff terrifies me so bad that I am scared to sleep sometimes. It's sort of embarrassing being woken up because you are yelling at something in your sleep

I love this, usually i don’t dream if I sleep, or can‘t remember but since I found this masterpiece I have the weirdest and most fun dream, that makes me really happy because sleeping without dreaming is so boringggg :)

The other night I had lucid dreams! One after the other it was so strange!😮 Only I realised as I was losing control or the dream I could control was coming to an end, and then the next one would start! It is amazing being able to control your dreams even conjure up things you want in it! ❤

Ok so wild thing i struggle with sleep, and I do have vivid dreams that I can sometimes recall. I play these videos cause the ambience helps me sleep like I’m sure it does with the rest of you, but no joke, it’s wild how before I even noticed I was dreaming I was already in control of what was going on. Some creepy stuff 😂

I listened to this while falling asleep but I didn’t lucid dream or even dream at all. Maybe it didn’t happen because it’s my first time.

First night listening to this. I did not lucid dream, but I had a LOT of dreams last night, all which were a LOT more vivid than normal and things that had to do with my life that were possible.

Once you truly understand you ARE EVERYTHING and with love can literally command any living creature. I heard of a story where some farmer played classical music in his garden everyday and his tomatoes grew 10x the normal size. Everything is waves and vibration of light and our brains function is to filter everything and make all the magic happen.

I video taped myself, but I had to shit so many times, I ended up thinking I was on the toilet and I was actually on top of my neighbors car dropping a dookie

Who ever the creator is, thank you for this, ive been trying to licid dream for about 1-3 years again but i just haven't yet. This actually helps, i can see the dream before it fades away, again, again, and again.

There is a sad human being that waits for me to sleep and they control my dreams. How can I stop this dumb, sad human from doing this? There so sad and haven’t got a life. It’s getting to the point we’re I don’t want to sleep knowing I will have a bad dream because of this sad human being.
