If this is legitimate and there is undeniable proof that unknown lifeforms from other planets do exist. Most of this species's understanding of the universe will be shattered and people will truly loose their minds. Society has already lost most of it anyways. This will just be the great equalizer. Nothing he said was new, It has all been claimed or talked about before. What I find the most interesting is his genuine reluctance to say these craft are from "space" and the bodies are non human not "Alien". I think the US government may have discovered a new way of flying aircraft technology for their navy and upcoming wars. They may be secretly testing it without the knowledge of their navy forces soldiers, who may even see it and mistake it for an alien aircraft.
The non-human bodies were a reference to the fact that they were testing humans for the upcoming World War III to produce superhumans for their wars, just like China, Russia, and North Korea were experimenting with this technology. The officers mistook them for aliens, and the American government eventually pressured the officers to say that they were aliens, without the support how can they say it to the public.That means the war is going to begin.
